We are now accepting applications until 31 August. The selected candidates will be notified and enroled at the beginning of September 2025 with the winners to be announced at the beginning of September. They will embark on a six-month learning journey designed to enhance their leadership skills and aviation expertise. As part of the program, winners will enjoy free exclusive online workshops led by Steve Bentley, CEO of Sofema Aviation Services and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAеS), ensuring an engaging and interactive experience.

• There is no cost for successful applicants to enrol in the program. We offer it as a contribution to the development of the next generation of leaders.
• The application form will be closed once all applications are filled.
• The scholarship recipients will have 6 months to complete the program
