We have received information concerning a delegate completing multiple courses over several days - but completing all the exams on a single day. Please be advised that the Competent Authority (CA) will not accept multiple certificates showing the same date of accomplishment under such circumstances.

The nominal duration of courses should be respected. Sofema Online recommends that online courses are undertaken in a diligent and progressive way supported by reference to EASA Easy access rules as well as supplemental information available in the Sofema Aviation Services Download Area 

It is mandatory that upon completion of each course, the delegate sits the final exam and obtains the certificate before beginning the next course.

*Additionally, failure to follow this rule may result in the refusal of issuance of the final Diploma Certificate from our side.
