Certificate Management - It is your responsibility to download and safely store your certificate. 

Please note: We keep all certificates in our archive for a period of 7 years.

For Individual Clients - The certificate will be available in your profile for 9 months, after that, it may be requested from us for free for another 24 months. After that, an additional charge will apply as follows:

• Single Certificate - 30 EUR
• Multiple Certificates (up to 5) - 50 EUR
• Over 5 Certificates (Batch) - 75 EUR

For Corporate Clients – Your course has been provided by your company, who should provide your certificates. (A CFP Client may have several 100’s of certificates.) In the event that your company declines to provide your certificate, it may be purchased from Sofema as follows:

• Single Certificate - 30 EUR
• Multiple Certificates (up to 5) - 50 EUR
• Over 5 Certificates (Batch) - 75 EUR

Name Errors on Certificates - The client is responsible for entering their name as they wish it to appear on the certificate. This is an important step, as any short names or nicknames will be shown on the certificate. Administrative support to correct such errors will be charged at 30 EUR/event.
