ENPL Clients: Payment Terms & Account Suspension Policy
ENPL clients receive a special privilege in being able to quickly enroll their team members and to receive 1 monthly invoice with 30 days to pay, additionally, they receive a consolidated discount enabling them to maximize their savings.
The system works because it is administratively efficient, which allows additional savings to be passed to our clients.
Unfortunately, due to a lack of diligence and multiple payment lapses by a small number of clients we have to introduce the following provision.
In the event payment is not received within the 30-day grace period then all active accounts will be immediately suspended and the ENPL program will be frozen and will not be reactivated until payment is received. (Plus Admin Fee of 100 Euros will apply on each occasion to reactivate the accounts.)
Additionally, if a payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, the PTP discount will be suspended and considered inapplicable until full compliance with the payment terms is restored.
Please take due note of this additional provision and ensure the timely remittance of outstanding payments.
